Before you ask
Help people help you.
A good question gets a good answer quickly. Include:
- Your version and platform, such as “1.0.0 in Docker on Unraid”.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- What you've tried, and the page of the docs you followed.
- The support bundle from Admin → Diagnostics, which leaves out your secrets, or the lines from the log around the problem.

Be kind
Everyone was new once. Assume good intent, explain rather than correct, and leave out the snark.
Your own media only
Collectoh is for collections you own. Asking for, or sharing, where to get media you don't own gets a post removed.
Keep secrets secret
Never post your server's address, API keys, passwords or invite links. Blank them out of screenshots and logs.
Search, then share
Look for an answer first. If you solve something, post how, so the next person finds it.

Make it yours, and share it.
