Games

Prices in US dollars. Plus is bought by a server's owner and covers one of their servers, and everyone they share it with. A yearly plan is charged once a year at its yearly price; lifetime is a single payment.
Questions about Plus
Who does Plus cover?
Plus belongs to its owner's account and covers one of their servers, chosen on the account. It can move to another of theirs once in 30 days. Everyone they share that server with gets the Plus features too, on every screen, at no extra cost.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free Collectoh account, but only you, as the server's owner. You sign in with it when you set up your server, and it's where you look after Plus. The people you invite don't need one: they sign in to your server, and can add an email address when they accept your invitation.
How do I switch Plus on?
Your server is already signed in with your Collectoh account, so once you've chosen a plan, the Plus features switch on by themselves for everyone on it. It checks in once a day, and keeps Plus for 30 days when it can't. For a server that can't sign in at all, your account shows a licence key to paste in yourself, good for 30 days at a time.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your server carries on with everything in the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your courses, notes, themes and logo are kept, and come back the moment Plus does.
Can I cancel, or change how I pay?
Yes, at any time from your account. If you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the time you've paid for. Moving between monthly and yearly takes effect when your current period ends, and choosing lifetime ends the subscription.
Does Plus send my photos anywhere?
No. Face recognition, photo tags and search by meaning all run on your own server. It downloads the small models it needs once, and nothing you own leaves your home.
Is anything in the music app for members only?
No. Radio, Segue, synced lyrics and every other music feature are free, and OhAmp, our music app, will be too when it arrives.
Will my server cope?
The Plus features run on the same computer as Collectoh, on its processor, in the background. Photos are looked at during the night, and everything steps aside whenever someone is watching, so playback always comes first.
